Learning Center Overview

You have been hired for a specific position at the Learning Center. This overview is intended to familiarize you with the range of services offered as well as the values and expectations that will influence your job experience.

The Learning Center is situated under Student Academic Services and houses both Learning Assistance and Disability Services.

Disability Services:

Alternative Media services convert printed text to other formats, such as audio or digital (scanned on to CD). Scanned text can be used with reader software to add audio reading as well as other features to enhance readability of texts. These services contribute to the academic success of the students we serve as well as providing meaningful experience for our student workers.
