In preparation for advising sessions you can access and review the following aacademic information on advisees using SU Online.

The Student Profile Form
New students are asked to complete a student profile form to give to their advisor - either at the time of their first advising session or during advising orientation. Ideally, the profile form can function as a pre-advising questionnaire and is a useful tool for initiating first-time dialogues. The information students provide is often helpful for suggesting relevant campus resources.
The Student File
Your student's file contains copies of his/her admission materials including writing samples, high school transcript and test scores. Reviewing these materials will help you to spot academic strengths and weak spots.
