KAUST: King Abdullah University of Science and Technology Discovery Scholarships 
Full tuition, living, educational, and travel expenses for the remainder of your bachelor's degree and full tuition, living, and travel expenses for a master's degree program at KAUST in Saudi Arabia. For students of certain science and engineering fields

American Scandinavian Foundation Awards 
Awards for Scandinavian students or Americans who want to study in Scandinavia

Josephine De Karman Fellowship Trust
Gives $22,000 to PhD candidates and $14,000 to undergraduate seniors to pursue study

Joint Japan / World Bank Graduate Scholar Program
Covers tuition, travel, and costs of living towards master's degrees in the fields of development (such as economics, health, education, agriculture, environment, natural resource management, etc.) in universities across the world

International Women

Margaret McNamara Memorial Fund
Gives $12,000 to women from developing countries whose studies and future plans aim to benefit women and children in their respective regions

P.E.O. International Peace Scholarship
Gives $10,000 to international women studying in the U.S. or Canadian graduate schools

American Association of University Women International Fellowships
Gives $18,000, $20,000 or $30,000 for post-baccalaureate study to international women
