Appeal Guidelines

1. Appeals are only acceptable under verifiable mitigating circumstances. Parking regulations are readily available at the Office of Public Safety (room 102 of the University Services Building), and within the Campus Public Safety Website (under Transportation). All parking facilities are clearly marked with sinage that is enforced at all times.
2. Filing an appeal with the Public Safety Office does not guarantee the appeal will be granted.
3. If an appeal is granted, the appellant will be notified within 15 (fifteen) University business days by email (email must be provided in this form) or by mail (legitimate address must be provided to this office).
4. Appellant may check with the Public Safety Office after 15 (fifteen) University business days to verify the status of the appeal, if the appellant has not received notice.
