Placing Service Calls

To request service, call 1-877-999-8839 or place it online at www.qbsi.com/ServiceRequest.  You will need to provide the 5-digit ID number* on the silver label on the front of the copier and be prepared to offer a brief description of the problem.

A technician may call you before arriving to repair the machine.

*  Please be advised that the 5-digit number changed on most machines in June 2011.
