Returning your Course pack

The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a refund on your return:
1) Student has dropped the course.
2) Shrink-wrap is still intact (i.e. course reader has not been opened).

If you qualify for a return, please come to our store during business hours with
the following materials:
1) Course Reader
2) SuperCopy Receipt(s)
3) Current class schedule (a print-out from SUonline is accepted as proof of dropped course)
4) Proof of ID (student OneCard accepted).
5) Credit card*

*Credit card purchases will be immediately refunded on the same card as was used
at time of purchase.
