Welcome to the Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar provides administrative services for students, faculty, and staff in support of the strategic mission of Seattle University.

Some key services include class registration, grading, graduation evaluation, academic transcript processing, and academic record protection and maintenance. Additional responsibilities include schedule of classes production, transfer credit evaluation, degree audit, Bulletin of Information production, degree and enrollment verification, and FERPA training.

Current students, faculty, and staff can now find information, make requests, and submit changes using SU Online. Access SU Online to change your address, look up course information, request a transcript, pay tuition and fees online, register for classes, view grades, etc.

Academic Regulations

Please familiarize yourself with the academic requirements set forth in the Bulletin of Information, as you are responsible for those policies and practices which apply to you and your program of study. The Office of the Registrar sends out official correspondence by e-mail and at limited times via US Postal Service mail. Failure to meet requirements or comply with regulations because of lack of knowledge does not waive their applicability to you.

For a complete list of academic policies, please refer to the Academic Policies section of this web site.
