FERPA Annual Notice to Students

Seattle University's annual notification to students regarding the confidentiality of student records, which is in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.

FERPA Guidelines (76-09)

Seattle University has adopted the FERPA Student Records Guidelines to protect the privacy of the education records of its students.

Directory Information Removal or Prevention Disclosure Form 

Students are able request that Seattle University withhold their directory information from any third party, this same form lifts that request.

Inspect and Review Educational Records Request Form

Used for students to inspect their educational records.

Student Data Requests Policy (83-2)

Data on individuals or groups of students issued to campus representatives by any administrative office of the university is for internal use only.
