Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar provides administrative services for students, faculty, and staff in support of the strategic mission of Seattle University.

Some key services include class registration, grading, graduation evaluation,academic transcript processing, and academic record protection and maintenance. Additional responsibilities include schedule of classes production, transfer credit evaluation, degree audit, Bulletin of Information production, degree and enrollment verification, and FERPA training.

Current students, faculty, and staff can now find information, make requests, and submit changes using SU Online. Access SU Online to change your address, look up course information, request a transcript, pay tuition and fees online, register for classes, view grades, etc.

Academic Regulations

The Bulletin of Information and quarterly class schedule set forth academic requirements for which you are responsible. Familiarize yourself with deadline dates and watch bulletin boards and newspaper announcements for additional notices. The Office of the Registrar also sends out official correspondence by e-mail and regular mail. Failure to meet requirements or comply with regulations because of lack of knowledge does not waive their applicability to you.

  • December 6: Last class day
  • December 8-13: Final examinations
  • December 14-January 4: Christmas break
  • December 17: Grades due at noon: Grades posted on SU Online by 6 p.m.
