Show your Redhawk pride. Support our student-athletes.
In his climb to summit the highest peak in the world, Seattle University alum Jim Whittaker changed history by redefining what was humanly impossible. His is a story of courage and tenacity. It is also a story made possible by the support that Jim received from others.
Here we are, 50 years after Jim’s historic feat: Father Stephen Sundborg has successfully taken Seattle U to base camp as we embark upon an unprecedented journey. Our story, is not simply a return to past glory, but rather a purposeful climb to a new greatness that awaits us. This is our base camp, and the time is upon us to begin the ascent up the mountain to reach our summit. If we consider the courage and tenacity of our student-athletes, our coaches, our administration, our faculty and staff, and our alumni and friends, we are poised to reclaim our place of NCAA Division I prominence today, tomorrow and for generations to come. Our time to invest in this glorious quest is now.
We are here to teach. We are here to lead. And we are here to win.
