Group Fitness Classes

  • Reach your fitness goals and have fun with Group Fitness at URec!

    Dropping in for Group Fitness 

    No pre-registration is required for any of our Group Fitness classes, although we do have limited space in classes like Cycling in which we only have 15 bikes. Just show up ready to work and have a blast!


    Ensure your participation and get the most up-to-date information about your favorite class by pre-registering with our online system and/or mobile app.  A one-time $5.00 fee is associated with this option. Create your account and Log in!

    No show policy  

    If you are unable to make your reserved class time, please cancel your reservation or your attendance will be marked as No Show. Five No Shows in a quarter will result in the cancelation of your Group Fitness Package.

    Cycling and Pilates

    Wanting to give one of our cycling or pilates classes a try? Here’s your chance to take both in one comprehensive class! Start your weekend off with this 75-minute class that allows for a fun and intense cardio workout and core strengthening exercises. We bring you the opportunity to combine two great fitness routines into one. Join us by signing up online to secure your spot in the class or using the drop-in option.
