Indoor Cylcling

Cylcing offers a dynamic, low-impact workout with varying speeds and intensities that will get your hear pumping. This class will challenge your cardiovascular and muscular systems. Beginners welcome!
Cylcle & Recover
Instructor: Chelsea
40 minutes of dynamic, low-impact cycling to get the heart pumping, muscles burning and body sweating providing you with an all over cardiovascular workout. This is followed by a shorter sessions of active stretching and lengthening of your muscles, incorporating deep breathing to enhance flexibility and body awareness. The perfect combo for an end of the day revival.

Vinyasa Flow

This yoga class will include traditional vinyasa flow sequences to cultivate body-breath alignment, as well as hold stretches and balances in the hatha style to build strength and flexibility. Expect incorporation of pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation into the flow of the class to improve concentration and to reduce stress. All levels of experience and student suggests are welcome!
Work Off the Weekend

This is a class designed to burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. It is designed for intermediate exercisers but al are welcome to come and work hared! Come and work off those weekend calories ahead of time!

Rury's Zumba Class

Zumba is a dance fitness class incorporating international rhythms and dance styles. It involves repetitive choreography in the verses and chorus. I use a lot of high intensity songs with a couple low intensity songs to maximize your cardiovascular workout! I try to incorporate many reggaeton, hiphop, and salsa into my playlist. Zumba is an "exercis in disguise"! So come attend a class if you have yet to try! Song requests are welcome and encouraged!
Viniyoga

Moving into and out of postures before prolonged stays, and leveled teaching provides options for intensity so you can calibrate the practice to your body's needs.
