The Mission of Fitness & Instructional Programs is to provide fitness and instructional opportunities to the students, faculty, staff, and alumni of Seattle University, as well as members of the Fitness Center. This is also an opportunity for patrons to interact with others who have similar interests, relieve stress and develop the mind, body and spirit. This programming fits into the Mission and Values of Seattle University, which includes educating the whole person and putting the good of students first.

Personal Training is a primarily student driven program, assisting our members with reaching their fitness and wellness goals in a one on one or small group basis.
