Desktop Support provides technical PC, Mac, and printer support to Seattle University faculty and staff. Desktop Support services are assigned to support cases by the OIT Help Desk.
Requesting Assistance
When initially contacting the OIT Helpdesk, please be ready with the following information:
Staff and faculty computers, PC and Apple, are supported by Desktop Support. If you have a question about your computer or if you are experiencing a technical problem, please contact the OIT Help Desk or call (206) 296-5571 for assistance. If the Help Desk determines your inquiry requires Tier II escalation, you will be asked to for additional information for your support request with the OIT Help Desk. Please have the following information ready:
