Datatel Colleague
Datatel Colleague is Seattle University's Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) System. The Colleague ERP is used by Seattle University to manage Core Demographics, Recuitment and Admissions, Academic Records, Financials, and Human Resources.
Requesting Access
Employees requiring access to the Colleague ERP system can initiate a request for access at https://webapps.seattleu.edu/ColleagueSecurity.
The Colleague ERP desktop is available on all Seattle University employee PCs by selecting the Datatel icon on the desktop or the Datatel application in the programs menu. Mac users can access Colleague via the web at https://colleague.seattleu.edu. Colleague can only be accessed while on campus or on VPN.
NOTE: During the Fall 2011, Seattle University will be transitioning to the new Datatel User Interface version 4.3. Information about the transition to 4.3 is available here.

Technical Support
If you experiencing technical difficulties using Colleague please contact the OIT Help Desk or call (206) 296-5571. The following information should be provided to the Help Desk so they may better assist you:
- A detailed description of what led up to your problem.
- The mnemonic or form in Colleague you were attempting to execute.
- If an error message appears, fully copy/paste the error message into an email sent to helpdesk@seattleu.edu.
