Getting to know your SU User Account

Your SU user account is your key to accessing online services from OWA, SUOnline, MySU, ANGEL, to the SU network.

First time students are sent their user name before arrival to Seattle University. To use your account for the first time you may use the password reset page.  This convenient web form can found at https://pwreset.seattleu.edu .

The links will let you change your passowrd or reset your password if it has expired or you forgot it. It will also let new users pick a new password. Passwords must be changed every 90 days for security reasons.

You will be asked to provide your Username, Last Name, First Name, SU ID number (faculty, staff or student ID number), the last four digits of your SSN, and the month and day of your birthday.

NOTE: If you do not have a SSN, you will need to visit the OIT Help Desk in EGRN 313 during office hours, with a photo ID and see our SSN article for more information. Interntational students with no SSN or SEVIS should see our article for more information.
