OIT Classroom Support

Classroom Support provides the technology, training and support for all classroom technologies on campus. With over 90 technology enhanced classrooms, video conferencing, and equipment checkout (such as portable multimedia carts, TV/VCR units and document cameras), Classroom Support is available to help you with your instructional technology needs in the classroom. In addition, Classroom Support provides technology support as needed for academic conferences and events on campus.

Classroom Support Policies

  • Equipment loan and service requests must be made by a Seattle University Faculty, Staff member or Student.
  • Equipment and services are only available for academic and/or campus-sponsored activities and events.
  • Equipment requests are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Equipment availability is limited.
  • Instructional needs will have priority over administrative meetings with regard to services, equipment, and staff.

All requests for equipment or services must be made at least 24 hours (one full work day) prior to the time the equipment/service is needed.
