Service Now

Login to the Service-Now Help Desk ticketing system, in order to access the Knowledge Base or to view your existing OIT Help Desk service requests. To access the Knowledge Base, login to Service Now and click “View Knowledge Base” in the left hand navigational pane.

If you have problems logging in, you may use the password reset tool at http://pwreset.seattleu.edu or call the OIT Help Desk at 206-296-5571 or toll-free 855-501-0858.

When logging in to Service Now use your full Seattle University email address (for example 'abcd@seattleu.edu' ) and password.
