MySU provides single sign-on functionality to common web applications used by the Seattle University community, such as OWA web mail, ANGEL, and New Student Preferences.
All faculty, staff, students, and accepted applicants with a Seattle University network account automatically have access to MySU. If a user is unable to login, this indicates a technical problem that should be reported to the OIT Help Desk.
MySU can be accessed at: http://my.seattleu.edu.
MySU is supported by OIT Application Services. If you have a question about using MySU, please contact the OIT Help Desk or call (206) 296-5571 for assistance. If the issue is determined to be technical in nature, you will be asked to open a support request. In the event of technical difficulties, the following information must be provided to the OIT Help Desk so they may better assist you:
- Web browser name and version.
- A detailed description of what led up to your problem.
- If an error message appears, fully copy/paste the error message into an email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
