SUDDS (Seattle University Data Delivery System) is the University's data warehouse and reporting platform. Reports hosted by SUDDS are developed by both Institutional Research and the Office of Information Technology. Only authorized departmental users have access to SUDDS.
Users requiring access to SUDDS should contact Institutional Research.
SUDDS can only be accessed while on campus or on VPN: http://sudds.seattleu.edu.
SUDDS users are supported by Institutional Research. If you have a question about using reports or are unsure if difficulties you are experiencing are a technical problem, please contact Institutional Research or call (206) 296-6144 for assistance. If the issue is determined to be technical in nature, you will be asked to open a support request with the OIT Help Desk. In the event of technical difficulties, the following information must be provided to the Help Desk so they may better assist you:
- Internet Explorer version
- A detailed description of what led up to your problem.
- The exact title of the report you were attempting to execute.
- If an error message appears, fully copy/paste the error message into an email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
