The College of Nursing is delighted to congratulate Amanda Gilbert and Hannah Berns on their recent honors at the 2011 Student Recognition Awards.
Amanda was honored for her time as a member of the Ignatian Leadership Society, a group which recognizes those students who have demonstrated particular commitment to professional, spiritual and character development.
Hannah received the Inspiration Award, which recognizes students who inspire others through one or more following achievements: dedication of time, leadership, community building, courage in the face of contention and strength and perseverance in their academic journey.
We are very proud to have two nursing students receive such a tremendous honor and believe it is a testament to the excellent character and capabilities of the students in our nursing program. Please join me in congratulating both Amanda and Hannah.
Sincerely,
