This spring, three college of nursing faculty will be working on the following projects as Hope Heart Fellows.
Patrick Murphy, PhD, Pharmacogentics and Molecular Studies of the Hsp90/Hsp70-Based Chaperone Machinery and Teen Take Heart.
Jean Tang, PhD, The Effect of Audio Relaxation on Blood Pressure Reduction and Heart Rate Variability Enhancement.
Mo-Kyung Sin, PhD, Depression and Cardiovascular Risk Factors in Korean Americans.
The Hope Heart Institute was founded in 1959 by Lester R. Sauvage, MD, a world-renowned cardiovascular surgeon and research scientist. The Hope Heart Institute’s mission is to serve humanity through cardiovascular research and education.
