Orientation Coordinators

Allie

Allie Lemieux

I am a Junior Economics and Philosophy double degree, originally from Aurora, Colorado. Since arriving at Seattle University I have found a great academic atmosphere as well as an encouraging environment with many opportunities to get involved outside of the classroom. Along with working with the orientation program, I am involved in Alpha Kappa Psi, the Professional Business Fraternity on campus, as well as the Philosophy Club. Seattle University truly does work to educate the whole person, supporting each student as an individual. I have found a wonderful home at Seattle University, and I am so thrilled to welcome the new class of 2013 into this community!

Shea

Shea Meehan

They call me Shea Patrick Meehan and I am studying as a Humanities and Cultural Anthropology double degree at Seattle U. This Redhawk was born and raised in the magical place that is Edmonds, Washington. Since as long as I can remember I have enjoyed camping, hanging out with friends, snowboarding, listening to music and going to shows or the theater. On campus, I can probably be found planning Campus Ministry Search retreats, working with the Orientation Program, giving campus tours for the Admissions Office, being silly with the improv team or studious in my classes. Off campus, I enjoy random adventures throughout the city, service work, hanging out with my housemates and friends, eating and most importantly relaxing or studying at coffee shops.

Steph

Stephanie Malinowski

Hi! I'm Stephanie Malinowski. I was raised in Shoreline, Washington, and I'm working toward two degrees in English literature and Women Studies. I feel called to serve as an Orientation Coordinator because I want to challenge myself and contribute something new to a program that I feel is so essential for new students. Other than my involvement as an Orientation Coordinator, I am active in the club Society of Feminists and the student organization Diversity and Equity Education Program within the Office of Multicultural Affairs. I also work two on campus jobs at the Campus Assistance Center and Writing Center. When I find extra time, you can find me reading, drinking chai tea, exploring the depths of Seattle, attempting to cook something (vegetarian) and delicious, or just laughing with my loved ones.

Andy

Andy Wilburn

I am Andy Wilburn and I am one of the 2009 Orientation Coordinators. I am in my third year at Seattle University and am studying English Literature. I hail from Boise, Idaho where I was born and raised. I grew up skiing, rockclimbing and biking in Idaho and have brought those favored pastimes with me to Seattle University. I’ve spent the last two years as part of the Orientation program and am excited for my third year with the program. When I’m not working you can find me biking around Seattle, playing Ultimate on Logan Field or reading/writing in a local coffee shop.
