New Student Immersions

September 16-18, 2009

Hey New Redhawks! Are you just itching to start your SU experience? Would you like to meet other ALBincoming students before Welcome Week begins? Well, you're in luck! Seattle University's New Student and Family Programs Office organizes several pre-Welcome Week Immersion Trips for incoming first year students. These two-day, overnight experiences will introduce you to your new surroundings, allow you to enjoy the beauty of the Pacific Northwest or develop leadership skills as you enjoy the company and conversation of other new students. Each trip will be lead by an SU staff or faculty member and an upper division student.

Sign up for the 2009 New Student HikeImmersions for the class of 2013 will begin in June of 2009. Space is limited and reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. Each activity has been designated for different ability levels, so please select the one best suited for you and your interests.   Please remember that international students will participate in the International Student and Scholar Center's New Beginnings Program.  More information can be found here.

There will be a cost of $60 for each participant unless otherwise noted. Scholarships are available for each activity. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call at 206-296-2525.Rafting2
