Professor Gives Pre-Carnegie Hall Recital

Seattle University Professor Dr. Quinton Morris Preps For Debut in New York City

Dr. Quinton Morris, violinist, Director of Chamber and Instrumental Music, and Assistant Professor of Music, performs a pre-Carnegie Hall recital at Seattle University on December 2. 

The event, featuring soprano Indra Thomas and pianist Dr. Maimy Fong, takes place at
7:30pm in Pigott Auditorium. The recital features works by Korngold, Mozart, Massenet, Saint-Saens, Rachmaninoff, and others. Morris has been on the faculty of the College of Arts and Sciences since 2007.

Tickets are $5 students, $8Faculty/Staff, $20 General Admission.


The Fine Arts Department in the College of Arts and Sciences offers several undergraduate degree programs, including a Bachelor of String Performance , and an M.F.A. in Arts Leadership.
