SU Wins Big at Seattle Science EXPO

Seattle University’s College of Science and Engineering recently won the Best Educator Award at the 2013 Seattle Science EXPO at Seattle Center. It’s the second year of the EXPO and the second time SU offered an engaging show, besting other educational exhibitors that included major universities in Washington state. SU Business School Ranks #1 in Macroeconomics

Bloomberg BusinessWeek announced today that Seattle University’s Albers School of Business and Economics ranked #1 in the nation as the best undergraduate macroeconomics program. The ranking is based on student survey responses that rank specialty areas. Women’s Soccer Takes Service Trip to Belize

Seattle University women’s soccer head coach Julie Woodward alongside two of her student-athletes, Stephanie Verdoia and Renae Russell, traveled to Belize over Spring Break for a service trip sponsored by SU’s Professionals Without Borders (PWOB). Furthering SU’s mission of educating the whole person, the group helped those in need at Liberty Children’s Home, an orphanage currently housing 28 children who were abandoned, abused, or afflicted with HIV from the ages of four to 14-years-old.Read More about Women’s Soccer Takes Service Trip to Belize.
