Freshman Registration Information
Congratulations and welcome to Seattle University! Once you have paid your deposit, you will be able to provide us with you course, housing and orientation preferrences. If you have not yet paid your deposit, please do so by clicking HERE and then logging into the student menu.
Please read the following instructions carefully:
WHEN: May 5th - June 2nd
WHERE: Login to my.seattleu.edu and click the Frosh Forms tab
WHY: Completing the following two steps will allow us to arrange your classes, housing, and orientation.
Note: You should have already received a letter indicating your Seattle University student ID and user name. To reset the password please click HERE
STEP 1 - Complete Registration and Housing Preferences
WHY:
- let us know your course preferences
- let us know your housing preferences
- let us know if you need to be signed up for health insurance
You will NEED
- course/exam information for any college credit you expect to receive
- current health Insurance info if you are opting out of SU health insurance coverage
STEP 2 - Sign up for Summer in Seattle Orientation
WHY:
- receive your fall schedule
- meet with an academic adviser
- discover SU resources
- meet other new students
- parent orientation program
- take a placement exam in Mathematics,
Spanish or French
You will NEED
- to know which dates are best (you will rank them)
- how many people will be attending
Summer in Seattle Schedule
- Session 1: Monday, July 14 - Tuesday, July 15
- Session 2: Thursday, July 17 - Friday, July 18
- Session 3: Monday, July 21 - Tuesday, July 22
- Session 4: Saturday, July 26th in Honolulu, Hawaii
Important Note: Registrations are handled in the order in which they are received. Which orientation event you attend does not affect your course schedule.
