Receiving Your Schedule

You must attend Summer in Seattle to receive your schedule.  Students will meet with an academic adviser on the second day of the Summer in Seattle program.  This allows you to understand how the courses will fit into your larger educational picture.

If you are unable to attend Summer in Seattle, you will receive your schedule from an adviser in September during a welcome week event.  We do not distribute schedules by email or phone.  You must meet with an adviser during and orientation event to receive your schedule.

Important!!!  
The Student Health Center must have received a hard copy confirmation of your immunization record before your Summer in Seattle Session for you to receive your schedule.  Students who have not provided a hard copy confirmation will NOT receive their schedule.  Refer to the “Immunizations” item on the checklist for more information.
