Leadership Formation
Contemplative Leaders in Action (CLA):
A Program for Emerging Leaders
Now Accepting Applications for 2013 - 2015 Cohort
The Contemplative Leaders in Action (CLA) Alumni Leadership Program is designed to nurture faith-centered emerging leaders in their 20's and 30's so that they can impact society and culture. This two-year cohort experience for Jesuit-educated alumni, who currently reside in the Seattle area, will include retreats, monthly interactive sessions, study and discussion, prayer, lecture (speaker series), and service and justice opportunities. By providing both spiritual formation and secular leadership training, the CLA program is unique and intentionally goes where other leadership or spirituality programs for young adults have not. To learn more, visit the CLA program page.
Ignatian Leadership Summit
The Ignatian Leadership Summit is hosted by Magis' Contemplative Leaders in Action (CLA) Alumni Leadership Program and is an opportunity for Jesuit-educated alumni to gather and learn from practitioners of Ignatian leadership on how to integrate it into their own personal and professional lives. Participants will also have an opportunity to learn about and honor the inaugural CLA cohort. The 2013 Featured Speaker is Karin Botto.
