The Ignatian Silent Retreat is a three-day experience which provides prayer, reflection, individual spiritual direction and time for rest. Jesuit-educated alumni join faculty and staff of Seattle University for the weekend. This retreat is open to persons of all faith backgrounds and walks of life.
Each spring, a day of reflection is held in the Chapel of St. Ignatius providing an opportunity for retreat and renewal for Jesuit-educated alumni and friends. Themes vary each year, and seasoned directors design the day with time for quiet prayer, presentations, small group conversation, and a liturgy. The chapel serves as the space in which the retreat is held.
Spirituality on Tap is an opportunity for adults in their 20's and 30's from around the Puget Sound area to gather and consider questions of faith and spirituality. This evening event features a speaker focusing on vocation and spirituality and who will guide you in small group reflection and conversation.
The Young Alumni Retreat is a three-day retreat for Jesuit-educated alumni in their 20's and 30's who are seeking a way to reflect on their current life circumstances while grounding them in a sense of faith. This Ignatian-style retreat includes facilitation by retreat directors, creative exercises, small-group sharing, and plenty of free time. This retreat is open to persons of all faith backgrounds and walks of life.
