It’s arrived. As you peruse this new and improved Seattle University Magazine online site I hope you like what we’ve done.

The site is more dynamic, with larger photos and graphical elements, easy-to-read and access stories and more ways for you to engage with the magazine, the alumni community and the university as a whole. Some new features include this blog, penned by me, that will have new entries weekly. Class Notes and obituaries will be updated regularly and you can submit your own updates to Class Notes via the link on this site.

“Talking Points” poses a question that I hope you will take a moment to weigh in on. Your input is important to me and may be used in a future story or inclusion in the print and online editions of the magazine. Fresh content, stories and photos, will be added to this site often—including photo galleries, video, extended stories and more—so be sure to bookmark this site and check back often. Follow us on Twitter and Facebook for updates.

As is the case with the print edition of Seattle University Magazine, the online version is a work in progress. We will be making further refinements and adding more design elements and robust content in the weeks and months ahead.

Tell me what you think. Share your thoughts on the site and suggestions for improvements, as well as story ideas. Send me an e-mail at sumagazine@seattleu.edu.

And as always, thanks for reading.
