Renewable items may be renewed up to 6 times provided no other library patron has requested them. Items may be renewed online, via you library account, or in person at the circulation desk.
Alumni are always welcome at the Lemieux Library & McGoldrick Learning Commons. While some services such as Summit and Interlibrary Loan borrowing, and off campus access to library databases are not available once you graduate, we want to continue to make you feel connected to Seattle University through the library. To borrow material from Lemieux Library, please visit the Circulation Desk on the 3rd floor of the library. You will need to show a valid picture ID (driver’s license or passport) to set up your alumni borrowing account. This ID will be your borrower’s card and must be presented to check out material. Books, media (DVD/VHS/CD), and periodicals from the general collection may be borrowed, with a maximum of 6 items checked out at any time. Books are loaned for 6 weeks, and media and periodicals are loaned for 6 days with no renewals.
For information on Summit Visiting Patron Borrowing, please visit the Orbis Cascade Alliance visiting patrons information page.
