Seattle University Alumni have additional privileges and access, including the ability to request Alumni borrowing privileges as outlined in our borrowing policies. Additionally, on two dedicated workstations in the library, alumni may search and browse for content in selected databases, including 28 licensed Ebscohost databases, Proquest databases, JSTOR, Project Muse, and the Foundation Directory. The workstations are located on the second floor of the Lemieux Library & McGoldrick Learning commons, and are available only during hours the library is open.
Students, faculty, and staff who are currently enrolled or employed at another Orbis Cascade Alliance institution may have borrowing privileges when they visit the Lemieux Library & McGoldrick Learning Commons. Visiting Patron services includes borrowing materials from generally circulating collections and making Summit requests. Summit Visiting Patrons may not request materials through Lemieux Library's Interlibrary Loan services. More information on this program is available from the Orbis Cascade Alliance.
