The future Lemieux Library and McGoldrick Learning Commons

Lemieux Library & McGoldrick Learning Commons will be Seattle University’s innovative 21st-century expression of traditional and innovative academic library collections, services, and facilities co-located and operating in intentional collaboration with other core student academic support services, including the Learning Center, the Speaking Center, and the Writing Center.
Opening in September 2010, this new structure will combine 37,000 square feet of new construction on three floors with the renovation of the five floors of the original 1966 A.A. Lemieux Library Building, offering a reconfigured approximately 125,000 square foot facility.
