Business for Social Responsibility. "Business for Social Responsibility (BSR) is a global organization that helps member companies achieve success in ways that respect ethical values, people, communities and the environment." Visitors to the sight will find information available in the Issue Briefs as well as the links to third party resources. The Human Rights section has papers on the rights of Indigenous Peoples, monitoring, downsizing, global supply chains and more. Section on global news also has a lot to offer to users of the site, a recent report "Addressing Women's Reproductive Health in Global Manufacturing," is an example of the reports on this site.

Caux Roundtable."The Caux Round Table (CRT) is an international network of principled business leaders working to promote a moral capitalism. The CRT advocates implementation of the CRT Principles for Business through which principled capitalism can flourish and sustainable and socially responsible prosperity can become the foundation for a fair, free and transparent global society."

Corpwatch Mission statement: " CorpWatch counters corporate-led globalization through education, network-building and activism. We work to foster democratic control over corporations by building grassroots globalization a diverse movement for human rights and dignity, labor rights and environmental justice."

Ethical Trading Initiative ETI members, companies, trade unions and NGO's collaborate to promote fair labour standards.

Global Action Network Net. Using a systems approach and action research, researchers and practioners who support the ability of GANS to work towards solving complex economic, environmental and other world issues. According to the web site, GANS are newly emerging networks which share common characteristics of multi-national, change agents which work towards the public good. They span boundaries and have a network, rather than a hierarchical structure. The web site has downloadable publications and reports, and links to other resources.

Global Compact In 1999, Kofi Annan challenged companies to join with the UN and other, labor and civic organizations to support the environment, human rights and labor. The compact is based on nine principles

Global Reporting Initiative Stakeholders from business, labor, and environmental groups compose the membership of the GRI. The aim of the GRI is to encourage organizations to report on the "economic, environmental and social dimensions of their activities, products, and services.

International Right to Know IRTK is a coalition of organizations who advocate international disclosure standards on human and labor rights.

Seattle University School of Law. Center on Corporations, Law & Society."The Center on Corporations, Law & Society at Seattle University School of Law conducts and promotes interdisciplinary scholarship and dialogue on issues related to the roles and obligations of corporations in an increasingly privatized and interdependent global society.
