• European Union Policy on the Death Penalty: European Union
• NGO Coalition for the International Criminal Court: CICC. Founded in 1995, this coalition of over 1,000 organizations and legal experts support the establishment of a world court. The site has three types of information: general and background information which contains press releases, country-by-country ratification status as well as speeches, letters and statements from government officials and NGO representatives; current information with online issues of the Monitor and finally links to in-depth information in the Document portion of the web site.
• The Death Penalty Worldwide: Infoplease.com. Lists which countries have outlawed the death penalty and in what year, and which ones still permit it.
