assignment is to compare two companies in order to make an informed
investment recommendation. To do this you need to

In addition, check directory
information to see if you are researching a parent company, is the
company publicly owned and what is the company's SIC or NAICS number.
The SIC and the NAICS are
numerical classification systems to help identify and organize like
companies within the same industry.
