Document Delivery for Distant OSR Students – Pilot Project
In a pilot project being tested by Lemieux Library, students enrolled in the OSR program living far from Seattle and the SU campus, may request books and journal articles to be delivered from the Library.
Copies of journal articles, not electronically available, will be either photocopied and mailed or scanned and sent via e-mail.
Books available in the collection will be checked out and mailed directly to the borrower. Books will circulate for their normal lending period, which for graduate students is usually 1 quarter. Books may be renewed from the Library’s catalog.
The borrower will be responsible for late or lost items. For more details about the general borrowing policies see: Borrowing from Lemieux Library
It will be the responsibility of the borrower to return the book(s), by mail or in person, prior to the due date.
The library cannot supply audiovisual materials at this time.
To request materials, please use the Document Delivery form:
OSR Students who live near an Orbis Cascade member library, may request materials not held by Lemieux Library through the Summit Catalog. Materials may be designated for pick up at the nearest member library.
