Instructions for Faculty Liaisons to the Library >
Book Order Authorization
Generally, book and video orders should be signed
or initialed by the Faculty Representative before forwarding to
the Liaison Librarian for their review and signature. However, in
some cases, the working relationships between faculty and librarians
have evolved so that faculty prefer only to review the orders and
give signatory approval to librarians. Faculty interested in this
arrangement should consult their Liaison Librarian. Please print
and fill out the authorization form below to provide a record of
this decision. Please return to Jan Hartley (Head of Technical
Services, LEML 201)
