The Seattle University community is engaging in a process to update its undergraduate learning outcomes. Learning outcomes help to define the essential goals of an SU education and should focus on the results of that education: the things that a graduate should know or be able to do or the kinds of values or habits of mind a graduate should possess. We would like you to participate in this important process. The individual who submits the most thoughtful, helpful, and creative "outcome" will win an iPad (winner will be chosen by a committee of three faculty members).

Please note that a learning outcome can refer to skills and knowledge or to the qualities and values an SU undergraduate should be able to demonstrate, including being able to “appreciate...,” “ value...,” and “lead a life grounded in... .”
