This award is presented to three SU individuals—one faculty, one staff, and one student (graduate or undergraduate) who demonstrate a commitment to fostering citizenship, integrity, and ethical behavior. Individuals are committed, even in the face of adversity, to the ethical values of honesty, trust, fairness, respect, and community responsibility. Recipients may be eligible for this award through one or more of the following:
- Involved in activities on or off campus that promote integrity through social justice, peace, religious, racial, and/or cultural harmony.
- Able to inspire and lead others to distill their values and integrity.
- Actively display values, principles, and ideals translating into actions.
- Committed to the ethical dimensions as related to the core values fostered at Seattle University.
- For the student award, individual must be in good academic standing and currently enrolled at Seattle University.
