Redhawk Leadership Program is a comprehensive leadership program which brings together a variety of experiences to help you develop your leadership potential. As a participant in the Redhawk Leadership Program, you will receive support and structure, while having the flexibility to create your own experience, based on your personal interests and passions.
Many of the programs, activities, retreats and roles are things that you may already do. Others are opportunities to try something totally new. Either way, our goal is to offer a guided experience that prepares you to make a difference in your world.
There are three phases to the program:
During each phase, participants complete structured learning (eg- workshops, retreats), complete independent learning (eg- reading a text, a personal project), and develop an electronic portfolio. Participants also work with a personal mentor and attend quarterly cohort gatherings.
To join the program, complete and RLP Application and submit to Leadership Development (Pavilion 150) no later than 5 pm on Thursday, November 1.
In addition to these activities, participants will complete the following three phases, which should each take about two quarters to complete. You determine the pace.
In addition to completing requirements above, participants should have attended at least 4 cohort meetings during the program.
