The Leadership Lounge is designed to support Seattle University women through various explorations of her own potential for effective leadership. Hosted by wakeUPgirl - a national women’s empowerment movement - the program includes special speakers who focus on all aspects of leadership such as public speaking, interpersonal communication as a leader and leadership styles and identity. It’s also provides a great opportunity to meet other like-minded women leaders and get involved on our campus.
Through monthly meetings with interactive sessions and special guest speakers, learn about topics such as:
Finding your leadership voice
Leadership styles
Communication
Goal-setting
Power in interpersonal relationships
Confidence in making and owning choices
