  • Michelle Etchart

    Michelle Etchart

    Director
    Michelle Etchart is originally from Corvallis, Oregon. Her experience has included positions in leadership development at Oregon State University, University of Arkansas and Colorado State University where she developed comprehensive programs and advised student groups. Michelle’s passion in leadership work is supporting students as they discover their gifts and connect them to the needs of others.
    Erin Lewis

    Erin Lewis

    Graduate Coordinator
    Erin was born and raised in Eugene, OR. She attended the University of Puget Sound, earning a Bachelor's degree in International Political Economy. While attending Puget Sound, Erin was an active member in various campus organizations, including Residence Life, Greek Life, Student Government, and Admissions. Her involvement in these organizations inspired her to cultivate her passion for student development and leadership by pursuing a Masters Degree in Student Development Administration. Erin is thrilled to be at Seattle University, engaging students in leadership opportunities and furthering her academic pursuits.
    Brianna Henderson

    Brianna Henderson

    Leadership Coordinator
    Brianna grew up in Portland, Oregon. Her leadership roles on campus include being the Service Coordinator of the Black Student Union and also a Peer Mentor for the Connections Leadership Program. She is currently in the Pre-Major Program but plans to declare as a Strategic Communications major with a minor in Spanish. She is also involved in the Global Awareness Program. Brianna hopes to share with other students the various leadership opportunities that are available on campus as well as strength her own leadership skills. 
    Lauren Maza

    Lauren grew up as part of a military family, and currently claims Stuttgart, Germany as her hometown. Lauren's interest in leadership experiences peaked early when she wanted to help organize field trips for her kindergarten class. Growing up she was always drawn to being part of a team, whether that was Student Council, representing her school at various conferences, or most recently, actively participating on LEAD Team for the past 2 years. Currently a junior Psychology major, Lauren hopes to further expand her leadership role as well as to work with others to share what Leadership Development is all about.
    AnneMarie Ladlad

    AnneMarie Ladlad

    Leadership Coordinator
    AnneMarie Ladlad grew up in Seattle, Washington. Her leadership experience began during her high school years at Seattle Preparatory School where she avidly participated in Diversity Council, One Voice and the Freshman Retreat. Now at Seattle University, she seeks to spread Filipino pride as a part of the United Filipino Club. In her spare time, AnneMarie enjoys playing the ukulele and the piano, watching Psych or sharing a good laugh with friends. As a freshman Humanities major, she hopes to double degree in either Psychology or Strategic Communications. She looks forward to expanding her own personal leadership development as well as that of others.
