Michelle Etchart, Director
Michelle Etchart is originally from Corvallis, Oregon. Her experience has included positions in leadership development at Oregon State University, University of Arkansas and Colorado State University where she developed comprehensive programs and advised student groups. Michelle’s passion in leadership work is supporting students as they discover their gifts and connect them to the needs of others.

Christina Mireles , Graduate Coordinator
Christina Mireles was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She earned her BA in history with an emphasis on Latin America at the University of San Francisco and is currently working toward her MA in Student Development Administration. Her passion for working with students stems from her own undergraduate involvement in various clubs and organizations both on her campus and in her community. The best thing about working in Leadership Development for Christina is helping all students find their call to leadership in their daily lives and endeavors.

Hillary Vance, Graduate Coordinator
Hillary is an East Coast transplant from Annandale, New Jersey. After getting her B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies and History from Rutgers University she decided to come to Seattle University where she is now in her first year pursuing a M.Ed. in Student Development Administration. Hillary has many experiences in leadership ranging from athletics and Greek life to study abroad and she thoroughly enjoys learning about the different kinds of leadership. In particular her passion lies in inspiring students to discover their own potential to lead.

Kellen O'Connor, Leadership Coordinator
Kellen hails from the small heartland community of Woodinville, WA where he developed an interest in the way the world interacts that he continues to embrace today as a Business Economics major. From his experience with athletics and theatre to student organizations, Kellen has been involved in leadership on many different stages. As a result, he enjoys seeing and helping others experience and learn from their own leadership experiences.

Natalie Sheils, Leadership Coordinator
Natalie was born and raised in Boise, ID where she began working in leadership as a student government officer, community volunteer, and member of various city boards and committees. Natalie has continued to foster her passion for leadership while at Seattle University. Natalie is a mathematics major with an economics minor.

Daniel Pizarro, Leadership Coordinator
Born in Seattle and raised in Burien/White Center area. Second year undergraduate pursuing a degree in English while participating in a Pre-Law program that prepares undergraduates for a career in law. Leadership experience with non-profit organizations in South Seattle as well as community service in Seattle. Enthusiasm for leadership stems from want of others in our generation and younger generations to evoke change in the world that they live in.
