International Student and Scholar Center

"Your home away from home"

The International Student And Scholar Center (ISSC) is a focal point for activities and programs of a cultural, educational and social nature, and is a gathering place for students, scholars and student organizations.

The ISSC provides assistance to our international students and scholars in all matters pertaining to immigration, visa status, document certification, employment authorization and more. Every year, the ISSC sponsors several workshops on immigration-related issues.

Our office also offers cultural adjustment and academic assistance to our international students and scholars. The ISSC lounge offers SU students and scholars a place to relax, meet new people from all over the world, enjoy foreign shows/movies or sports on a large satellite TV or gather a group of friends to eat a hot lunch together.
