A Wellness Program for Faculty and Staff

LiVE Logo 2You are invited to participate in the LiVE (Lead, Inspire, Value, and Enrich) program!

LiVE is a wellness program designed to reward you for taking the small steps that lead to healthy habits. Because the healthier you are, the more you can enjoy life and do your best. When you participate in Seattle University LiVE, you can earn points for chances to win exciting prizes including fitness merchandise and sports apparel!

LiVE participation starts with a well-being self-assessment that points out areas of strength and suggested areas to focus on in creating a personal health and well-being plan.  Earn 1,000 or more points by December 20, 2013 and enroll in the 2014 medical plan at the lowest available premium. 500 points are automatically awarded when you complete the first step which is an online the assessment.  Earn more points  by completing quarterly well-being challenges, working with a Vera Whole Health Coach,  going for an annual checkup and reporting your key health numbers (cholesterol, blood pressure and others).

The LiVE site (powered by Limeade.com) also hosts support forums on topics that you might choose to join. You are eligible to participate in LiVE if enrolled in one of the University's medical benefit plans. Once enrolled in a medical plan,  you will be sent an at-work email invitation from the LiVE team.  The LiVE program is managed by Limeade, Inc. on behalf of the University. Your personal data is protected by Limeade's privacy policy and will be shared with the University only in aggregate with other participants.
