Returning Student Application Process
There is a two year on-campus living requirement for all Seattle University students, for more information see the University Housing Policy.
If you will be a sophomore next year and currently live in a Housing & Residence Life residence hall or apartment and would like to stay in Housing for the next academic year, then you will need to reapply through the Returning Resident Selection process. Registration begins in April. We are glad to have you back for another year!
Students Living Off-Campus
While current residents have first priority in the housing selection process, we make every effort to place all students who would like to stay with us. Off-campus students are able to apply for housing starting on May 1st.
We regret that we cannot guarantee a room or apartment for students who are not current residents. If space is not currently available, we do maintain a waitlist for housing.
