The residence halls open for new students and transfers at 9 a.m. on September 20th, 2014. After move-in, new students will attend Welcome Week activities beginning around 3 p.m. Welcome Week programs and activities will introduce new students to classmates, staff, faculty, the campus and the city. Transfer students are encouraged to attend Welcome Week activities; for transfer orientation events visit www.seattleu.edu/transfers. The move in date for transfer students is September 20th, 2014.
New international students have a special early orientation and may move in on or after September 11th, 2014. Detailed information is sent directly from the International Student Center.
During Move-In week, the mall near the Bellarmine Turnaround (12th
Ave. and Columbia St.) is open to new students and families to unload. Move-in times are often scheduled and staggered in order to provide a smooth and convenient move-in procedure.
Campion residents can park temporarily near the Murphy Apartments. Please avoid
Campion's Jefferson address on Move-in Day.
Xavier residents will find temporary parking around Xavier Hall for Move-in.
Returning students may begin moving in at 9am on September 21st, 2014.
