Clarice Galvez

Hello! My name is Clarice Galvez, a senior Social Work major with a minor in Psychology. I was born and raised in Waipahu, Hawaii. I absolutely love and miss Hawaii's beautiful beaches, stunning sunsets, local food and island music.

My interests are traveling, taking advantage of Seattle's wonderful shopping, watching the latest movies, and spending quality time with my friends. At SU, I've been involved with the Peer Health Action Team (PHAT), the United Filipino Club, Hui O Nani Hawaii, and the Social Work Club.

I am excited to see how my senior year unfolds. Enjoy!

Nate Freeman

My name is Nathan Freeman. I am a junior Political Science major from Phoenix, Arizona.

I am on the SU varsity swimming and diving team. Since my freshman year, I have earned two NCAA Division II All-American titles and have competed at Nationals both my freshman and sophmore year. In addition to being an athlete on the SU swimming team, I am the Vice President of Administration for Student Events and Activities. I have a 3.81 GPA and I am actively involved in the Seattle community. I volunteer at the Samena swim club teaching mentally challenged kids and adults how to swim during the winter and spring quarter.

Sakshi Sharma

Hello, my name is Sakshi Sharma and I am currently a junior at SU. I am getting my undergraduate in Criminal Justice with the specialization of Forensic Psychology and a minor is Psychology.

I moved to the Seattle area from India with my family at the age of 10. I am a practicing Hindu, but since I grew up in India, a home to diverse religions I am very familiar with and interested in different religions such as Buddhism, Islam, Sikhism, and Christianity (Catholicism). I grew up learning Hindi, Punjabi and English at a private Catholic school in India. Even though I don't travel much, I am absolutely enjoy learning about new and different religions, languages and cultures.

Sean Rogers

My name is Sean Rogers and I am a fifth-year Physics and Mathematics double major. I hail from Groveland, California: a small town tucked away in the Sierra Nevada Mountains near Yosemite National Park.

My interests include sports of all kinds (soccer, football, basketball and Ultimate), reading, going out to eat, and mostly spending some quality time with my friends. At SU I have been involved in the Orientation Program, Campus Ministry, tutoring at the Learning Center, the Ultimate Club, and summer research in the College of Science and Engineering.

Hollis Wong-Wear

Hi! My name is Hollis Wong-Wear. I am a junior History major with a Global African Studies minor who hails from the glorious San Francisco Bay Area.

I am a mentor with Youth Speaks Seattle and am intering this year with Youngstown Cultural Arts Center in West Seattle doing programming and outreach. This winter, I will spend my quarter studying Spanish in Guadalajara, Mexico. I love to read novels, listen to community radio, and eat at the Hidmo.
