Appointments

The Student Health Center is NOT a walk-in clinic, though we do our best to accomodate as many patients as possible on any given day. If you would like to schedule an appointment with the Student Health Center, please contact us by phone, (206) 296-6300. No appointments will be made via email correspondence.

No appointments are needed for immunizations (including TB skin tests), although there may be a brief wait.

Please note:

• New Patients: Please arrive 15 min early to your scheduled appointment. This allows for paperwork and processing into our system. If you do not arrive 15 min early to your appointment you may need to be rescheduled for another time.
• Established Patients: Please arrive 10 min early for your scheduled appointment, this is considered part of your appointment and if you are late, you may be recheduled by the discretion of the staff.
• Missed Appointments and/or No Show's: We will make every effort to accommodate you the same day but as a courtesy to all our patients you may be rescheduled. Please make every effort to come to your appointment.
• If you arrive after your appointment time has started, you will not be seen and will need to reschedule for another time.

Please verify with the receptionist your contact information, if necessary you may be asked to fill out a current registration form.
